Trial terms
Aqqaar is running as a trial. There is no charge, and no contract is being formed. These terms describe how the platform works and what you can rely on until the full Terms of Use are published. Questions: cealmomani@gmail.com.
1. This is a trial
The platform is free to use during the trial. Nothing on it takes payment, and no company is contracting with you yet. When the operating entity is registered we will publish full Terms of Use here and ask you to accept them.
2. Who you are dealing with
The operating entity is being registered in Abu Dhabi. Until it exists we are not naming a contracting party, because naming one that does not exist would be worse than saying so. For anything at all, write to cealmomani@gmail.com — that address is read.
3. What the platform gives you
Price indications and market statistics calculated from sales registered with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre. A price indication is not a property valuation and cannot be used where a valuation is required — for a mortgage, a court, or a transfer. For that you need a licensed valuer.
4. Some of what you read is written by a model
Commentary, insights, reports and answers from the assistant are generated automatically. They can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything you plan to act on. Decisions you take, and what follows from them, are yours.
5. Not advice
Nothing on the platform is investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on it is an offer to buy or sell property.
6. Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not try to break, scrape at scale, or resell access to the platform.
7. Market data
Market statistics are derived by Aqqaar from transaction records registered with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre. We publish them on the basis that this record is public and carries no restriction on its use.
8. What we owe you
During the trial the platform is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it is available, complete, or correct. Because the trial is free, and because no fees are paid, our liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us — which during the trial is nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Stopping
You can stop using Aqqaar whenever you like, and you can ask us to delete your account by writing to cealmomani@gmail.com. We may end the trial, or close an account that abuses the platform, at any time.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and the courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction. If we change anything that affects what you pay, we will give at least 30 days' notice.
